    Exam $30 first pet, $15 addl. Pet

    Advice by telephone /second opinions  $20

   House/Ranch call $25  for Vacaville area (waived for group visits)

Vaccinations

Rabies $15 (required by law for dogs, first shot after 4 mos old, 2nd one year later, then every 3 years)

Dogs --DHLPP (Distemper/Parvo /Lepto et al) $20  (“puppy shots” rec. to start at 8 wks then repeated every 3-4 wks until 4 months old. Annually for younger dogs, then at least every 3 years for older dogs)

             Kennel Cough (Bordetella et al) $20   (required every 6 months by kennels, groomers)

              Lyme (Borrellia) $20    (recommended in tick-infested areas)

Cats ---FVRCP (feline combo) $20   (“kitten shots” rec. to start at 8 wks then repeated every 3-4 wks until 4 months old recommended annually for younger cats, at least every 3 years for older cats)

         Feline Leukemia $20  (highly recommended, 2 shots initially then same frequency as FVRCP)

 Microchip (Home Again) inc. registration   $30 

 Heartworm & FeLV tests $25 *call for availability

Nail Trim  or  Anal Glands  $11
